Michael P. Joseph
Managing Director of Promontory Financial Group LLC
Mr. Joseph advises financial institution customers on regulatory, financial and forensic matters. Mr. Joseph is a retired partner from the accounting firm of KPMG LLP. While at KPMG he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Mid-Atlantic Technology Practice. Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in working with companies filing initial public offerings as well as working with over 30 audit committees of publicly held companies during his tenure with KPMG and Promontory.
Arthur L. Money
Former Assistant Secretary of Defense for C3I
The Honorable Arthur L. Money was the former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (ASD C3I). Prior to his Senate confirmation as the ASD C3I, Mr. Money served as the Senior Civilian Official, Office of the ASD C3I, from February 1998 to October 1999. He also served as the Department of Defense (DOD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) from February 1998 to April 2001. Mr. Money served as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Research, Development and Acquisition (also a Senate confirmed position), and as CIO of the Air Force from January 1996 to February 1998. He was President of ESL Inc., a subsidiary of TRW from January 1990 to December 1994, prior to its consolidation with TRW's Avionics and Surveillance Group. Mr. Money then became Vice President and Deputy General Manager for the TRW Avionics and Surveillance Group (January 1995 to January 1996). Mr. Money has more than 45 years of management and engineering experience with the defense electronics industry and intelligence community. He specialized in the design and development of intelligence collection and analysis capabilities and airborne tactical reconnaissance systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Money has been recognized for his vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
William (Bill) Schneider
President of International Planning Services, Inc.
Dr. William (Bill) Schneider is President of International Planning Services, Inc., a Washington area based international trade and finance advisory firm, and is an Adjunct Fellow of the Hudson Institute. Bill is also a member of several public and privately held corporate Boards. He formerly served as Under Secretary of State for Security Assistance, Science, and Technology (1982-86). He served as Associate Director for National Security and International Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget to being nominated as Under Secretary by the President. In addition, Dr. Schneider serves as an advisor to the US government in several capacities. He is currently an advisor to the Departments of Defense, Energy, and State. He served as Chairman of the Defense Science Board from 2001-09, and currently serves as a Senior Fellow of the Defense Science Board. Bill is an economist and defense analyst and was formerly a Staff Associate of the Subcommittees on Defense and Foreign Operations of the Committee on Appropriations of the US House of Representatives and as a consultant to the Hudson Institute (New York). Bill is the author of several works on defense policy including Why ABM? Policy Issues in the Missile Defense Controversy (Pergamon, 1969); Arms Men and Military Budgets (Transaction Press), an annual review of defense budget issues. Dr Schneider has also published numerous articles and monographs on defense and foreign policy, US strategic forces, theater nuclear forces, and unconventional warfare. Dr. Schneider received his Ph.D. degree from New York University in 1968. He is a member of the American Economic Association, the Econometric Society, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
Robert J. Thompson

Mr. Thompson advises and assists corporate customers on a variety of strategic public policy issues, lobbying campaigns, and multinational business ventures and market development, focusing on information technology, health care, security, infrastructure, and energy industries. Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Thompson served as Chairman of Jefferson Consulting Group, a full service, Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm representing companies and government organizations around the world.
